The Claremont Growers Collective came to us in need of branding that resonates with their growing agricultural community in the Claremont, New Hampshire area.

Organized as a collective group of farmers, gardeners, and local food advocates in New Hampshire, the Claremont Growers are on a mission to revitalize the local food system by manifesting an educated, engaged, and diverse communities of producers, vendors, and consumers.

 
 

In preparation for the launch of their website and incredibly useful interactive map of their members and products, CGC reached out to us to create and solidify the foundational beginnings of their brand - including primary and secondary brand elements as well as a color palette.

 
 

The final logo bloomed after two initial stages of discovery and exploration - each of which including a greater nod to the hyper-local focus to the Claremont Area.  Our first iteration of the brand centered around a logotype  with the local Claremont focus in name, with a nod to the agricultural industry it’s in. While the other two iterations expanded into more of a pictoral logomark that includes a Claremont view of Mount Ascutney and the Sugar River flowing into the Connecticut river.
