Company compliance and career ownership with a DEI twist
Working full time at Deloitte Digital as a Senior Motion Designer, I was tasked with creating 3 videos in a 4-part series that showcases the importance of an employee being compliant with employee performance metrics while integrating a sense of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Partnering with the project’s script writer and account lead, we aligned with the concept that a person’s career journey is exactly that - a journey. Each video in the series showcases a unique mode of travel to help employees quickly associate the various topics in the video with the different characters and environments. Along with animating three out of the 4 videos, I was responsible for the project’s overall aesthetic, character design, and environmental design.
