Working as a Motion Designer for Deloitte Digital’s Video Experience team in Denver, Colorado, I was assigned a project with Southwest Airlines to showcase the features and benefits of the airline’s new travel companion app. This project team included myself, a Cinematographer / Editor who filmed and edited the video, and a Senior Producer / Scriptwriter who developed the video’s narrative concept. Once the concept was approved by the client, the producer and I collaborated on the overall visual flow of animated UX screens as well as the full-screen terminal graphics shown throughout the video. These graphics were developed in tandem with the editor, which involved an efficient, continuous handoff process for collaboration.
