Credo AI Summit

Motion design and live-event post-production for a global AI governance gathering

THE BRIEF

Credo AI brought us in as motion and post-production partner for their annual Trust Summit, a hybrid event held in San Francisco and broadcast virtually to a global audience of AI executives, policymakers, and governance leaders. The 2025 theme, Agents of Trust, needed to land the moment attendees walked in the room or pressed play: that trust, not just capability, is what AI now runs on.

Our job was to give that theme a visual and motion language that could carry across a packed, multi-format agenda (two keynotes, two fireside chats, eight panel discussions, and eleven one-on-one interviews) and hold up just as well on a laptop screen as it did on the main stage.

Our Approach

We started with the show open. The sizzle video needed to set Agents of Trust in motion in the first sixty seconds, building anticipation and giving the audience a clear read on the year's theming before a single speaker took the stage.

From there, the work shifted into systems thinking. With thirteen deliverables across the event, including nameplates, transitions, looping backgrounds, and title slates for each fireside chat and interview, we built a kit that could flex across formats without losing cohesion. Every graphic needed to feel like part of the same show, whether it was introducing a keynote on the main stage or framing a one-on-one interview for the virtual audience.

After the event, we cut recap and promo videos for Credo AI's social channels, extending the summit's reach well past the live days.

The venue itself forced one of the bigger pivots. We'd planned to use multiple screens dynamically, stitching them into a single wide canvas for a more cinematic main-stage moment. Once we accounted for the room's columns and seating layout, it was clear that plan would leave part of the audience looking at a broken image. We rebuilt the show graphics around a single 16:9 format that worked from every seat in the room, without sacrificing the visual impact we'd designed for.

Deliverables

  • Show open / sizzle video

  • Show graphics package: nameplates, transitions, looping backgrounds

  • Title slates for fireside chats and interviews

  • Virtual event organization across keynotes, panels, and interviews

  • Social recap and promo videos

  • Thirteen total deliverables supporting the full event

OUTCOMES

  • A cohesive motion system that carried the Agents of Trust theme across a hybrid, multi-format event.

  • A real-time pivot from a multi-screen concept to a single 16:9 format, solving a visibility issue without compromising the show's visual identity.

  • Thirteen deliverables produced and coordinated across in-person and virtual touchpoints.

  • Recap content that extended the summit's reach into Credo AI's social channels after the event.
